Welding
Our welding facilities are primarily for project fabrication purposes; however, we have developed a capacity to handle specialised metal welding applications in their own right.
Our fabrication experience with materials spans a wide range. We machine, bend, assemble and weld mild steel, chrome moly steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, high alloy steels such as Inconel & Hastelloy, non-ferrous materials such aluminium, copper, cupro-nickel, brass, Monel & titanium.
Our welding operators are all fully qualified specialists with a wealth of experience on a wide variety of projects in house or in the field.

Orbital welding for perfect welding of tubes, particularly closely spaced.
Robotic laser welding is fast efficient top quality with low heat to minimize any distortion.

The AS9100D standard specifies the Quality Management System requirements for organizations that develop and manufacture aviation, space, and defense products. UNEEK weld to AWS17.1 - Fusion welding for Aerospace.
DIN 2303 establishes criteria to guarantee the quality of welding works of military products, ensuring that welding technical requirements are met and that materials used in defence are of the highest international standards.
ISO 3834 Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials is specially designed by the International Standards Organization (ISO). It aims to determine the recommended quality conditions of products directly or indirectly affected by the welding process. It forms the basis for monitoring and evaluating the welding quality systems of manufacturing companies.
EN 15085 is a set of European standards for the welding of railway vehicles and components, ensuring the quality and safety of welded products in the rail industry. CL1: Comprehensive requirements for manufacturing entire railway vehicles or parts with high-quality welds.
